I know the thermometer works, because earlier today it only read 95, and it's been in directly in the sun for an hour now, but 127F?! (52C?!)

Dear God, it really is hot in there! BTW, what is that thing in the second picture and why is it on fire?
he's a statue at the metal museum- it's really misters cleverly embedded in his head. I think it might be a comment on the heat here. It's flippin' hot!
